THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A weightless arm sequence using gravity as resistance
  • A standing sequence to improve balance, strength and coordination
  • A prone and side lying sequence focusing on pelvic stability, core and lower body strength
  • A supine sequence that will take you through various layers working towards Double Leg Stretch
