This class is packed full of goodies! From standing sequences that improve your fitness levels and muscular endurance to mat work focusing on core strength, this class has it all - with a few fun exercises thrown in for good measure to really get your brain and muscles in gear! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing sequence to tone the inner/outer thighs, hips and glutes whilst improving posture, balance and core strength
  • A prone series focusing on upper body strength as well as improving posture and back strength
  • Kneeling side work (*these exercises can be performed side-lying if needed)
  • A supine series on the mat that will challenge your abdominals and improve core strength and stability
