#37 Pilates-HIIT & Mat-Based Flows


If you're looking to get your heart pumping whilst toning and strengthening your entire body, then this is the class for you! A perfect mix of Pilates-HIIT inspired sequences with gentle mat-based flows to strengthen and target the whole body. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • "Ice-Cream Arms" - If you've not practiced these with me before then you're in for a treat! (Excuse the pun!)
  • A standing leg sequence that's Pilates-HIIT inspired to get your heart rate elevated and tone your lower body at the same time
  • Upper body work to tone the backs of the arms
  • Box position work to challenge core stability and build full body strength and stamina
  • A supine mat sequence targeting the abdominals and obliques leaving you feeling strong, lean and toned
