This full body Pilates class will take you through a series of standing, prone and supine exercises on the mat to help strengthen your core. By working on pelvic stability, shoulder stability and core engagement, you'll work your entire body whilst building muscular strength and endurance. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing Pilates-Barre inspired sequence to improve your balance
  • Prone and side lying exercises to help not only improve core stability but lower body and lumbar spine strength too
  • Roll backs with lots of opportunity to work within your own range
  • A supine sequence of Pilates exercises to work your abdominals, obliques and improve pelvic stability
