This class is all about working unilaterally so that we can start to build strength and balance within the body. You'll discover which is your more dominant side as well as which side of your body perhaps needs that extra bit of TLC. Remember to look after your body and choose the levels that suit where you feel your body is at today. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing series of exercises to warm-up, tone and strengthen the entire body ready for the mat
  • Spinal mobility work
  • Side planks (Lots of options here so don't panic!)
  • Single Leg Bridge - I've covered all the layers that you will need to get here as well as a few fun variations
  • A Roll Back series to target the obliques
