This class will take you through a variety of Pilates exercises designed to tone, strengthen and elongate your lower body through core activation and shoulder stabilisation - a full body class that will leave your lower body fired up! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing sequence to strengthen your lower body and tone your hips, glutes & thighs
  • Box position work to strengthen your core and elongate your posterior chain
  • Side lying work to challenge stability and work your lower body
  • Roll Backs focusing on lower body control and pelvic stability
  • A Bridge series that once again focuses on toning and strengthening the entire lower body
