This full body class is all about streamlining the side body by working the core, honing in on pelvic stabilisation and most importantly working the obliques. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing leg series targeting the obliques
  • Weightless arm exercises
  • Prone and box position Swimming to stabilise the pelvis and engage the core
  • Side lying exercises targeting the obliques and working that waist
  • A supine sequence that will work your abdominals whilst focusing on pelvic stabilisation and glute activation
