In this class, you'll be taken through a series of exercises that engage and strengthen the deep core muscles helping to build endurance and stamina in the whole body. All exercises will target your core in a different way through pelvic & shoulder stabilisation to planks to supine abdominal work.

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing arm sequence to engage and strengthen the backs of the arms
  • Box position work targeting the lower body
  • Reverse Table Top exercises to strengthen and tone the whole body
  • Prone exercises to improve posture
  • A supine sequence on the mat targeting the abdominals and entire torso
