From balance work to core strength and shoulder stability, this class has it all! Planks are a lot of fun but I also know they can seem quite daunting - don't panic! I've made sure to include lots of options so even if you're a Plank-novice, there will be an option to suit you. Remember to take your time and have breaks whenever you need - Child's Pose stretch might just be your new friend! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing sequence focusing on balance, coordination and lower body strength
  • A Plank series (Lots of options here to suit all levels and abilities)
  • Side lying work targeting hip strength & toning the inner/outer thighs
  • Scissors
  • Oblique work
