THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing chest & shoulder sequence using the Pilates Mini Ball
  • A Pilates-barre inspired sequence
  • Exercises to improve your posture
  • Box & side box position exercises to tone the entire body and enhance core stability
  • Supine exercises to strengthen the core and work your abdominals

*OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT: Pilates mini ball
