  • Upper body strength work to improve posture & core stability
  • Prone exercises to work on pelvic stabilisation and leave your hamstrings feeling elongated and more flexible
  • Side lying exercises to improve hip mobility and strength
  • Prep exercises to help build your technique towards Double Leg Stretch
