THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing Pilates-HIIT sequence to get your heart-rate pumping
  • Box position exercises to enhance core engagement and work on shoulder & pelvic stability
  • Beginner to intermediate Plank work (even if you're a seasoned pro at Pilates, this sequence will help you work on your technique & build strength and stamina)
  • A supine sequence designed to strengthen your abdominals, build core strength, work on pelvic stability and leave you feeling stronger
