Our legs are the foundation of our body and right from beginning to end, this class will work on creating a stronger foundation for the body. From balance exercises, to exercises strengthening the posterior chain, to supine exercises that look at elongating the lower body, you'll feel more toned, longer, leaner and stronger. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing sequence of exercises designed to improve balance, coordination, lower body strength & stamina as well as core strength
  • Reverse table top exercises to improve upper body strength and posture
  • Side lying work targeting the whole side line of the body from obliques to hips
  • Supine forearm work designed to improve posture, strengthen your core and improve the flexibility of your lower body
