This full body class is all about strengthening the smaller muscles in the body to bring it into balance from the triceps (backs of the arms), to the waist (core stabilisation) to the inner & outer thighs. Not only will your core feel stronger & more activated as the class progresses but you will also work on improving your posture and pelvic stabilisation - both of which help improve the foundational elements of your body and balance.

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing sequence to tone and strengthen the whole body whilst working on improving your posture and core activation
  • Posture building exercises on the mat
  • Oblique work to strengthen and tone the waist
  • Supine exercises to build balance and coordination
  • Bridge variations to improve lower body strength
