A perfect all-rounder class that will bring you back to basics to enhance core engagement, pelvic and shoulder stability and well as strengthen the entire body. There are lots of options available so this is the perfect opportunity to hone in on your technique if you've been practicing Pilates for a while, or simply learn the foundations of Pilates if you're a beginner. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing sequence working balance, core engagement and toning the inner/outer thighs and glutes
  • Upper body exercises to strengthen shoulder stability, tone the arms & improve posture
  • A prone sequence to strengthen the lower back
  • Side lying work to tone the lower body and improve balance and pelvic stability
  • A supine sequence toning the abdominals and strengthening the core
