  • Pilates-barre inspired exercises to tone the entire body and improve core stability
  • Prone and side lying work to improve pelvic stability, core engagement and strengthen the lower body
  • A supine abdominal sequence to work the lower abdominals, strengthen the hip flexors & entire core, work on lower body flexibility as well as pelvic stability
