This full body class is packed full of goodies! You'll work through a variety of exercises targeting the whole body from core stability work, to fitness-based Pilates exercises to strengthening and toning exercises that will leave your entire body feeling pumped.

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A lower body Pilates-HIIT sequence working on building lower body strength & endurance
  • Box position work focusing on pelvic stability and toning the inner/outer thighs & hips
  • A sequence challenging not only core stability but upper body & glute strength whilst toning the arms
  • A supine sequence targeting the obliques & deep core muscles
