Do you want to improve your posture, strengthen your lower back, enhance your core strength and work on toning your entire body in the process? This is the class for you! I'll take you through some of my favourite exercises that really help to work the whole body and enhance all aspects of balance, coordination and core strength to leave you feeling stronger, leaner and more toned. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing lower body sequence challenging balance, core stability and inner/outer thigh strength
  • Upper body work on the mat to tone the arms, strengthen the shoulders and improve your posture
  • Prone exercises helping to improve lower back strength
  • Side lying work targeting the lower body
  • Supine exercises to help improve pelvic stability and core strength
