THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing lower body sequence that will work your whole body as well as improve core strength and stability
  • Box position work improving core strength & lower body mobility
  • Prone & supine abdominal strengthening exercises to not only improve core strength but engagement of the waist and lower back strength as well
  • Supine work to improve back mobility and pelvic stability
