In this full body class, there is a focus on building and improving pelvic stability to create even more balance and harmony within the body. Through pelvic stability we can then work on improving core engagement and strengthening the whole body whilst toning and improving muscular and joint mobility. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing sequence to improve balance, core strength & lower body mobility and strength
  • Exercises to improve posture and tone the upper body
  • Side lying work to improve hip mobility and lower body strength
  • Supine exercises to tone the abdominals and improve core strength & pelvic stability
  • Bridge variations to improve lower back strength, pelvic stability and core engagement
