This full body class focuses on building strength and stability in the side-line of the body from the waist through to hips through to the inner and outer thighs. From standing sequences to mat-work, you'll work through the whole body improving core strength.

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing warm-up to improve joint mobility as well as strengthen the entire body
  • Prone work on the mat to improve pelvic stability and lower body strength
  • Side Plank variations to suit all levels and improve core stability and oblique strength
  • Supine work focusing on pelvic stability, hip mobility and core strength
  • Bridge variations targeting the inner/outer thighs, hips and glutes
