This full body Pilates class will help you improve your core strength and stability through improving posture, shoulder and pelvic stability. From your inner/outer thighs, to your abdominals to your upper body, this class will take you through a series of exercises to strengthen and tone the entire body.

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • Wide Leg Squats to improve balance, lower body strength, core stability and to tone the inner/outer thighs, hips and glutes
  • Upper body work to improve posture, shoulder stability and upper body strength
  • Mat-work to improve upper body strength, shoulder stability and posterior chain strength
  • Prone work improving lower back strength, pelvic stability and inner/outer thigh strength
