  • A Plank sequence to improve overall fitness as well as tone the abdominals, upper body and lower back
  • A sequence to improve lower body endurance and strength
  • Mat-work designed to strengthen the abdominals, work the entire core and improve shoulder stability, pelvic stability and core engagement
