  • A standing sequence that will challenge your balance, improve your core strength & work on improving your lower back strength
  • A standing and box position sequence of exercises to tone the entire lower body
  • A yoga-inspired sequence toning the arms and abdominals
  • Lower back strengthening exercises
  • Side lying work including Side Sweep to improve strength in the entire side-line of the body
  • Oblique exercises
