This class is packed full of Pilates exercises to tone and strengthen the upper body, improve core engagement and abdominal strength in the obliques as well as improve pelvic stability and strength of the posterior chain. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A weightless arm sequence using gravity as resistance to tone, elongate and strengthen the arms whilst improving posture
  • Wide Leg Squats with lots of fun variations thrown in
  • A prone & supine sequence to improve posture, tone the upper body and improve full body strength
  • Side lying exercises to tone the lower body, improve endurance and work the obliques & waist
  • Crunches and lots of fun variations to work the entire body (not just the abdominals!)
  • Single Leg Bridge to improve pelvic stability, core engagement and to strengthen the posterior chain
