This class is packed full of some of my favourite Pilates exercises to help strengthen and tone your entire body whilst focusing on improving mobility of the joints and postural stability of the body. I love these exercises and I can't wait for you to enjoy this class! (Suitable for all levels)

  • A standing warm up to tone the whole body and improve balance & posture
  • Mat-work designed to improve posture, back strength and core engagement
  • Side-lying work to improve hip mobility, core strength and lower body strength
  • Single Leg Stretch variations to build abdominal strength, improve pelvic stability and work the whole body
  • Bridges to improve spinal mobility
