It's time to improve lower back strength, tone the lower body and improve core engagement with this week's full body Pilates class. You'll tone the hips, inner/outer thighs, work on lower body strength and endurance as well as fire up those abdominal muscles! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A Squat sequence to build on lower body strength, mobility and endurance
  • Weightless arm exercises to tone the arms and build upper body strength
  • Box position and prone work to improve lower back strength, core engagement and to tone the lower body
  • Side lying hip work
  • Full abdominal strengthening and toning
  • Bridges - focusing on opening through the front line of the body
