From working on toning the waist, engaging your obliques, finding shoulder stability and improving strength in the lower body, you'll be left feeling stronger and fitter in your whole body. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • Tricep strengthening exercises to tone the backs of the arms
  • A Wide Leg Squat series that will not only tone the lower body but work your waist and lower back as well
  • Prone exercises to improve lower back strength & stability
  • Scissors and abdominal supine mat-work to tone the obliques as well
