In this class you'll go through a series of exercises to tone the whole body as well as improve posture, core engagement and back strength. Many of these exercises are Pilates-barre inspired to help build strength as well as improve flexibility & elongated the muscles to leave you feeling longer, leaner and more toned. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • Pilates-barre inspired exercises to improve lower body strength, balance and stability
  • Exercises to improve posture and back strength
  • Side lying working to improve core strength & balance within the body
  • A series of Roll Backs to improve abdominal strength, work the obliques and tone the lower body
  • Forearm abdominal work & crunches to strengthen the abdominals, tone your lower & upper body as well as improve core engagement
  • A Bridge series to improve coordination & pelvic stability as well as lower backs strength and mobility
