This class is packed full of goodies from Ice-Cream Scoop Arms to Double Leg Stretch - trust me, you won't be disappointed! (I know some of these exercises may seem daunting at first but I've packed this class full of layers so it's suitable for all abilities)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing weight-less arm sequence that will have your upper body fired up!
  • Pilates-barre inspired standing leg work
  • Box position lower work
  • Side planks (don't worry - these aren't as scary as they may seem!)
  • Abdominal strength & endurance work from Roll Backs to
  • Double Leg Stretch (one of my favourite exercises!)
