Throughout this class you'll be taken through a variety of Pilates exercises that will tone the entire body - a perfect time-saving class to help you strengthen your whole body in one sweep! From your upper body, to posture improving exercises to abdominal work, you'll find it all! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing sequence that will strengthen the lower body, core as well as improve posture & shoulder stability
  • Mat-work to improve posture, upper body strength as well as improve core engagement & tone the abdominals
  • A side-lying sequence using variations of Clams to help build strength in the lower body, tone the inner/outer thighs and improve pelvic stability
  • Entry levels into Side Plank
  • Supine abdominal work on the mat to not only tone the abdominals but the inner/outer thighs as well and improve core stability
