It's time to work the side line of the body! From oblique strengthening to waist whittling and side lengthening exercises, this class will leave you feeling taller, leaner, more elongated and stronger all at the same time! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • Standing Pilates work targeting the lower back & waist and toning the lower body
  • Prone exercises to improve lower back strength & strengthen the entire core by working the deep core muscles
  • Box position & kneeling side work targeting the obliques and strengthening the side line of the body
  • Leg Circles helping to improve hip mobility as well as tone the lower body, deep core muscles and obliques
