This class has 3 main focuses: To improve lower body strength & pelvic stability, improve upper body strength & posture and improve core engagement. There are some pretty juicy exercises in this class that will get your body working so you feel stronger & more toned from top to toe. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A balance sequence to improve core strength
  • A sequence to strengthen the upper body, wrists, core, posterior chain and core!
  • Swimming (and some fun variations) to not only improve lower back strength but pelvic stability as well
  • Side lying work targeting the lower body including hips, glutes, inner/outer thighs
  • Double Leg Stretch & all the layers towards this amazing Pilates exercise
