In this full body class you'll strengthen the lower body, tone the inner/outer thighs, improve posture, strengthen the lower back and work on toning the lower abdominals. This class aims to work the smaller accessory muscles of the body to help you feel longer, leaner and more toned.

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing Pilates-Barre inspired sequence that will not only work on lower body endurance but improve cardiovascular fitness too
  • Elevated box work to improve upper body strength, core engagement and posture
  • Lower back strengthening work
  • Side lying work to tone the lower body and engage the obliques
  • Lower abdominal work
  • Bridges & variations to tone the inner/outer thighs, strengthen the glutes and improve pelvic stability
