#81 Pilates-Barre Exercises, Posture Enhancing Sequences & Core Strengthening


Balance, coordination and stability - these are the 3 key elements of this week's class. Through each sequence of exercises you'll work on improving core engagement to improve stability within the whole body to tone the muscles and leave you feeling stronger. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing Pilates-Barre sequence to strengthen the lower body, improve balance and engage the oblique muscles
  • Prone lying mat-work to work on improving posture
  • Reverse table top work - this will help to strengthen the entire body, tone the upper body, improve posture & core engagement (Don't worry, there are lots of options here)
  • Side lying work to improve hip mobility & strengthen the lower body
  • A mat-work abdominal sequence to tone the entire front line of the body as well as improve core engagement & pelvic stability
  • A Bridge sequence focusing on balance, coordination and stability
