THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • Weightless arm exercises using gravity as resistance to tone the arms
  • A Yoga inspired sequence to tone the upper body & core whilst lengthening and elongating the hamstrings and back
  • Side lying exercises to work the hips, glutes and inner/outer thighs
  • Supine mat-work focusing on the inner/outer thighs, strengthening the abdominals and increasing core strength & pelvic stability
