From Pilates-barre exercises to 4 point kneeling to side lying work, this full body class will have elements that focus on strengthening and toning the lower body whilst working on core strength and stability at the same time. A fab class if you're looking to improve muscular strength and endurance, feel stronger and enjoy moving your body! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing upper body sequence that focuses on working the chest and shoulders to improve posture
  • A standing Pilates-barre sequence to tone the lower body and improve balance
  • 4 Point kneeling exercises to improve core strength and tone the lower body & glutes
  • Side lying exercises challenging balance, stability, core strength and tone the lower body
  • Oblique work to tone the waist
  • A Bridge series to improve pelvic stability, glute and lower back strength
