A perfect full body class that will take you through some of my favourite 'back-to-basics' exercises including Single Leg Stretch, Prone Swimming and....Clams! (Yes, your favourite side lying hip strengthener is back!) Are you ready to enjoy moving your body and feeling longer, stronger and leaner? Let's go for it! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A sequence to improve lower body strength & endurance as well as cardiovascular fitness
  • Upper body exercises to improve upper body strength (chest, arms & upper back)
  • Prone Swimming to improve lower back strength
  • Clams! (Yes...your favourite is back once again!)
  • A supine abdominal strengthening sequence to tone the abs, strengthen the core and leave you feeling stronger and leaner
  • A Bridge sequence to improve glute & lower back strength as well as improve coordination
