From upper body exercises to standing sequences to 4 point kneeling work, this class will take you through a variety of Pilates-barre exercises combined with traditional Pilates exercises to tone, sculpt and work the entire body from top to bottom. You will love this one! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing weightless arm sequence using gravity as resistance (You'll feel the burn..trust me!)
  • A standing Pilates-Barre inspired sequence to tone the entire body from strengthening the core, toning the abdominals and working the lower body
  • Box position work in 4 point kneeling to improve lower body strength and tone the obliques
  • Side Kick
  • Leg Circles lying supine with lots of options thrown in to challenge you and leave you feeling stronger
  • A Bridge sequence that will strengthen your lower body and improve stability, balance and coordination
