  • A standing Plié sequence to improve lower body strength, core strength & spinal and hip mobility
  • Upper body weightless arm exercises to improve posture & shoulder strength
  • A Plank sequence to improve core strength & tone the obliques
  • A prone sequence designed to improve posture
  • Lower body work on the mat to tone the inner and outer thighs as well as improve back strength and work those glutes!
  • Abdominal sequences that looks to challenge and work the entire core, including the waist, lower back, pelvis and abdominal muscles
