This class is designed to improve full body strength & muscular endurance, with a strong focus on building core strength and stamina. From standing Pilates exercises that work on improving balance & posture, to mat-work targeting the abdominals & glutes, you'll work the entire body and feel stronger, leaner and more toned. Are you ready to have some fun and up your core strength? Let's get going! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • Weightless arm exercises using gravity as resistance ("Grapes" for those of you who know what I'm talking about!)
  • A standing sequence designed to strengthen and build muscular endurance in the lower body as well as improve balance and stability
  • Prone Pilates exercises to strengthen the lower back and tone the hips and glutes
  • Oblique targeted Pilates exercises including one of my favourites - Side Sweeps!
  • Double Leg Stretch (Lots of options & variations here to suit all abilities)
  • Bridge variations that focus on improving lower body strength and toning the glutes & hamstrings - this one will fire up those butt cheeks!
