THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • An upper body sequence focusing on strengthening those triceps (aka. Bingo wings)
  • A lower body sequence that will enhance lower body strength and endurance whilst toning your waist at the same time
  • Box position work that will tone your lower body as well as strengthen your core and upper body
  • Swan Dive & Bridges to help improve back strength & posture
  • Side lying work that targets hips and obliques - get ready to work that waist again!
  • A supine Leg Lift series that will tone your abdominals as well as your lower body
