This full body 60 minute Pilates class is all about helping you improve strength and stability, not just in your core but in your lower and upper body too! Throughout this class I'll guide you through some of my favourite Pilates exercises that will help you tone your body whilst improving muscular endurance and pelvic stabilisation: Something we all need when it comes to improving our lower back strength, posture and core stability.
