This full body 60 minute Pilates class is all about helping you improve strength and stability, not just in your core but in your lower and upper body too! Throughout this class I'll guide you through some of my favourite Pilates exercises that will help you tone your body whilst improving muscular endurance and pelvic stabilisation: Something we all need when it comes to improving our lower back strength, posture and core stability. I can't wait for you to enjoy this week's class. It may be a full body class, but your glutes are going to feel it! Happy butt cheeks heading your way! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • Weightless arm exercises using gravity as resistance to tone the entire upper body
  • A standing leg sequence to tone the lower body and improve balance and core stability
  • Easter Egg Exercises (if you've done my classes before then you'll know what I'm talking about here!) to improve core strength and stability as well as tone your waist
  • Prone work to strengthen your lower back and tone your glutes and legs
  • Side lying work to tone your inner thighs and strengthen your glutes and hips
  • Supine abdominal work that will tone your entire core as well as improve strength and stability
