This 60 minute full body Pilates class has it all: From upper body work to tone the arms & improve posture, to side-lying work improving hip mobility & lower body strength, to abdominal strengthening exercise that will fire up your entire core! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH

  • A weightless arm sequence using gravity as resistance to tone the entire upper body
  • A prone mat sequence to improve posture and lower back strength
  • Side-lying Bicycles - A toughie but a goodie!
  • An abdominal mat sequence taking you through some of my favourite variations of Bicycles. These will get your waist and core fired up!
  • A series of Bridges to help improve back mobility and strength incorporating shoulder mobility work as well
