THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • Pilates-Barre lower body work that will tone your glutes, legs, hips & improve muscular endurance
  • A Plank series that will work your entire core as well as your upper body (don't panic! There are LOTS of options here so there really is something to suit everyone!)
  • Side-lying leg lift series that will tone your lower body, improve muscular endurance and activate your glutes. This really is a 'happy butt cheek' sequence for you!
  • An abdominal mat sequence full of original Pilates goodies from Crunches to Single Leg Stretch
  • Bridges to improve back and hip mobility
