This is the last class of the year and I can't wait for you to get stuck in! This full body Pilates class is packed full of goodies that will work your body hard focusing on improving stability and strength of the whole body. Each sequence of exercises will guide you through movements that are designed to strengthen your posterior chain, improve your posture and balance out both sides of your body. This class is all about core engagement & finding neutral spine alignment to help you gain the most out of your Pilates practice. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A Yogilates inspired sequence that draws together the fluid movements of Yoga with the strength building qualities of Pilates to tone the body and improve mobility
  • A prone sequence to strengthen the lower body
  • Tricep strengthening & posture improving exercises
  • Clams! I had to put these in here as I know they are everyone's favourite!
  • Forearm mat work that will improve upper body strength, posture and core strength
  • Supine core strengthening work that focuses on hip mobility and pelvic stability - If you're looking to improve your core engagement then you'll love this sequence!
