This week's full body class is all about strengthening and supporting the body by improving muscular strength and endurance with a strong focus on your core. These exercises will flow from one to the next leaving you feeling stronger, leaner and more toned. Each sequence will explore lots of fun variations to keep you on your toes and your body guessing! (Suitable for all abilities)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing leg series that will improve lower body strength and muscular endurance
  • A Yogalates inspired core flow that will help tone and strengthen your entire body
  • Upper body and postural improving exercises
  • Side work to help improve core stability and tone the lower body
  • Single Leg Stretch and lots of fun variations to improve abdominal strength and core stability
