I love this full body Pilates class and I can't wait for you to enjoy it too! This class is all about strengthening the lower body whilst still focusing on core activation. Not only will you feel those abdominals work but you'll fire up your legs, hips and glutes at the same time. A perfect series of 2-for-1 exercises which I absolutely love! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A Squat sequence to strengthen the lower body and improve shoulder stability
  • A series of leg lifts from standing to box position that will really challenge your lower body strength as well as improve core strength and stability - I LOVE these!
  • A series of mat exercises building up to Scissors and some fun variations
  • Side lying leg work to tone the entire lower body, glutes & hips!
