#99 Lower Body Toner, Back Strengthening & Core Activating


This week's full body Pilates class is all about firing up the lower body! Over the course of 60 minutes you'll strengthen and tone the entire lower body whilst improving muscular stability and endurance of the core, upper body and back. Are you ready to feel stronger, leaner and more energised? Then let's get started! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing leg raise sequence that will tone your entire lower body as well as improve core strength and balance
  • Weightless arm exercises, using gravity as resistance
  • A prone lower back strengthening sequence that will tone and strengthen the lower body and glutes in turn
  • A side lying series to strengthen your hips, glutes, inner & outer thighs whilst improving pelvic stability and lower abdominal strength
  • A supine series of Leg Lifts & Hundreds to improve core & pelvic stability
